SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN HOSTEL DAYS AND HOSTEL MANAGERS

This Service Agreement ("SA") is entered into on [Effective Date] ("Effective Date") by and between Hostel Days ("Service Provider") and [Hostel Name] ("Hostel Managers") collectively referred to as the "Parties."

Scope of Services

Hostel Days, accessible at www.myhosteldays.com, agrees to provide the following services to Hostel Managers:

Hostel Room and Logistics Dashboard:

- Access to an intuitive online dashboard providing real-time information about room availability, logistics, and related data.

Showcasing of Rooms to Students:

- Inclusion of hostel rooms on the Hostel Days website, allowing students to explore and book rooms conveniently.

Sentiment Analysis from Student Reviews:

- Regular sentiment analysis of student reviews on the platform, contributing to an enhanced understanding of user experiences.

Financial Analysis Dashboard:

- Access to a comprehensive financial analysis dashboard for monitoring sales, revenue, and related financial metrics.

Maintenance Requests and Tracking:

- An efficient online system for submitting and tracking maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Payment Processing and Commission

Hostel Days facilitates the payment process for booked rooms by students. The money received from students is promptly transferred to the respective Hostel Managers within two days of receipt. Hostel Days earns a commission on every successful transaction made by students using the platform.

Responsibilities of Hostel Days

Hostel Days commits to the following services:

- Availability: The Hostel Room and Logistics Dashboard, Showcasing of Rooms, and Financial Analysis Dashboard shall be available 99.9% of the time, excluding scheduled maintenance.

- Payment Transfer Time: Payments received from students will be transferred to the respective Hostel Managers within two business days.

- Sentiment Analysis Frequency: Sentiment analysis of student reviews will be conducted on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities of Hostel Managers

Hostel Managers agree to:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about room availability and logistics for the Hostel Room and Logistics Dashboard.

- Cooperate in resolving maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.

- Promptly update any changes or modifications to room details on the Hostel Days platform.

Data Security and Privacy

Hostel Days agrees to maintain the confidentiality and security of any data provided by Hostel Managers. Data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, and appropriate measures will be taken to protect against unauthorized access.

Termination

Either party may terminate this SA with 30 days' written notice for any reason.

Governing Law

This SA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [GHANA].
